Outside Your Front Door
The delivery team will deliver your item(s) to a dry and secure area outside your front entrance (e.g., front door, porch, in front of your garage). A signature is not required upon delivery. The item(s) will be left in their packaging.
For apartments and condos with a front desk, your item(s) will be delivered to the front desk area. If the apartment or condo does not have a front desk, the item will be delivered right outside the front entrance.
The delivery will be rescheduled if the delivery team cannot locate a dry and secure area outside your front entrance.
Inside Your Entryway
The delivery team will bring your item(s) to the first secure location inside your front entrance. An adult must be present to sign for the package. The item(s) will be left in their packaging.
Your Outdoor Area of Choice
The delivery team will carry your item(s) to a location of your choice outside your home, like a back yard or patio. The outdoor area must be accessible without going through the home. An adult must be present to guide the delivery team and sign for the package. The item(s) will be left in their packaging.
Your Room of Choice
The delivery team will carry your item(s) to a room of your choice within your home. There must be a clear path to the room for the delivery team. An adult must be present to guide the delivery team and sign for the package. The item(s) will be left in their packaging.
White Glove Delivery & Assembly
The delivery team will carry your item(s) to a room of your choice, assemble, and remove all packaging and debris. There must be a clear path to the room for the delivery team. An adult must be present to guide the delivery team and sign for the package.
The delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools.
The delivery team can carry your item(s) up or down two flights of stairs.

In select regions, you may receive an email on the day of delivery to track your delivery driver on a live map.
You can view an estimated delivery date/time in My Orders. Once your local delivery team receives your item, we’ll notify you via email and/or text of your delivery date/time.
Yes, the delivery driver will contact you via text the morning of the delivery and approximately 30 minutes before their arrival.
You will also receive a text/email from Wayfair on the day of your delivery.
