At Global ACE Experts, we understand the importance of your documents and strive to provide you with peace of mind. That’s why we offer free in-house document insurance to safeguard your valuable paperwork.
1) This insurance coverage is applicable only in the event of a misplaced document after the completion of a waiting period of 21 days from the date of the event.
2) This insurance coverage is applicable per case of client, which may include multiple documents.
3) It is not applicable for normal wear and tear, and it does not cover documents that can be conveniently reissued e.g. Digital Documents, Affidavit, POA, Salary Certificate, Experience Letter and etc.
4) Insurance is not applicable in the case of self-courier or international courier services.
5) This insurance does not cover instances where documents are held/frozen by authorities because they are fake or issued by fake authorities or universities.
6) This insurance does not cover situations where documents are delayed or stuck with the embassy due to unforeseen circumstances, including geopolitical issues
7) The compensation amount is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our policy.
Your documents are secure with us, but we go the extra mile by offering insurance for your safety and assurance. In the unfortunate event of a misplaced document, our insurance policy provides compensation as follows:
Marksheet Degree Transcript Compensation: Rs. 10,000 + Applicable Re-issuance Fee
Birth Certificate Marriage Certificate Death Certificate Divorce Certificate Compensation: Rs. 5,000 + Applicable Re-issuance Fee
Any other document deemed difficult and time-consuming to be reissued Compensation: Rs. 2,500 + Applicable Re-issuance Fee
